Currently, we ship within the United States.
In most countries, our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

Delivery takes 5-10 business days, rarely longer depending on the customer location (local festivities or Customs order processing).
Delivery may take longer than usual due to COVID-19.
Shipping FREE in the United States
Extra Shipping fees will be charged in partly countries. But don’t worry, we would rather not charge this extra fee, and we will ensure that your goods are delivered to you successfully.
(*There is a different processing time for a different item. You can check the processing time from the product page. Once your order is placed, you can check the order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email or your phone.)
COVID-19 UPDATE
SHIPPING: Due to global health events beyond our control, International Express are currently experiencing shipping delays. Your package may be held by the carrier for delivery at a later date while they work to keep safety top of mind. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped by our team, and reach out to the carrier for more details if your order is delayed.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We ask that all international customers take note of their own tracking information and receipt as we won’t be able to track or monitor this for you. International return packages can take 4 weeks or more to reach our facility. Your return may be delayed in getting back to us due to delays with international carriers.
Our customers and our team remain our top priority. We will continue to update our website if any additional delays are expected.
CAUSES OF DELAY
Tracking updates can be delayed when the following force majeure event happens:
1. Delays/closures due to the impact of the COVID-19
2. Bad weather reasons (heavy rain/tornado/flood/earthquake, etc.)
3. Local reasons such as strikes, statutory holidays, major international conferences, etc.
4. Shortage of peak season flights & personnel and other local reasons
